Many of
the services provided by PPSBVSLO are covered under Medi-Cal
and Family PACT. These include such services as office
examinations, testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted
diseases, and the provision of oral contraceptives and
contraceptive devices. During its fiscal year ending June
30, 2007, PPSBVSLO provided more than 50,000 patient visits
covered by Medi-Cal and Family PACT to more than 24,000
Medi-Cal and Family PACT beneficiaries.
